The Terms and Conditions for Air Extreme Ltd
1.0 Air Extreme Limited (“Air Extreme”) is a supplier of recreational services and facilities to you (the customer) including, but not limited to trampolining, Slam Dunk, Dodgeball, use of “The Wall”, Air Bag and Free Bounce (“Recreational activities”).
1.1 By purchasing entry for or by using any of the facilities at Air Extreme, the customer agrees to be bound by these conditions.
1.2 The customer acknowledges that the recreational activities at Air Extreme are dangerous with many inherent risks and hazards and as a consequence personal injury and sometimes death can occur. The customer assumes and accepts all such risks and hereby waives the right to any legal action against Air Extreme for any personal injury or death in any way whatsoever caused by or relating to the customer's participation in such activities.
1.3 The Customer acknowledges these Terms and Conditions contain important information regarding participation in any activity by the customer, any participant within their party and shall ensure that all members of their party are aware of and agree to be bound by this agreement.
1.4 Air Extreme, its employees, directors and agents are not liable to you, your dependents or legal representatives for personal injury or death suffered by the customer due to the recreational activities not being supplied with due care and skill or not being reasonably fit for their purpose.
1.5 Air Extreme does not accept responsibility for the loss of property or theft arising from the use of facilities. Money or valuables should, therefore, not be left unattended. Valuables can be deposited in our onsite free locker facilities.
1.6 Children must be at least 5 years of age to use the facilities and a waiver must be completed upon each visit. (Unless attending the Mini Air or the Sibling Session)
1.7 It is Air Extreme park policy that participants who are bouncing must be wearing Air Extreme Jump/Grip Socks which can be purchased from reception.
1.8 Anyone under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult whilst in the park. Anyone aged 18 or above, using the Air Extreme park facilities must have a waiver completed by themselves or a consenting adult at the point of check-in.
1.9 The weight limit for an individual participant is 17.5 Stone (111 Kilos). Air Extreme recommends that if you have any weight-related concerns you should consult your health services provider and receive medical clearance before engaging in trampoline jumping at Air Extreme.
1.10 Whilst using Air Extreme facilities you consent to images and video being taken for security and/or promotional purposes of yourself, your children or of children for whom you are responsible.
1.11 The Company requests that its customers remain vigilant whilst using the trampoline park and report any suspicions they might have regarding the use of photographic equipment to a member of the company’s staff.
1.12 Once entry to Air Extreme has been purchased both online and at the park, it cannot be transferred or resold. Entry is valid only for the date and time showed and are void if tampered with.
1.13 If you purchase entry to use the trampolines or any other equipment or facilities at Air Extreme on behalf of another person, you and that other person both agree that you make the purchase as the authorized agent of that other person so that he/she will be bound by these conditions.
2.0 All bookings must be made by credit or debit card online and will only be considered final when an email confirmation has been sent to the booking party.
2.1 Confirmation of your transaction will be sent to the nominated email address once your payment for the transaction has been cleared. If you do not receive a confirmation email within two business days, please contact Air Extreme.
2.2 The customer shall not be entitled to cancel a booking once made.
2.3 Air Extreme will allow the customer to reschedule a booking, provided the notice period within this clause has been given, however should a booking be cancelled within 24 hours of a confirmed booking then no alternate booking date shall be given.
2.4 Any refund due in accordance with these Terms and Conditions can only be made to the same debit or credit card used to make the booking, if the card has subsequently expired, by bank transfer.
2.5 You and each member of your party will be required to complete our waiver before being allowed to undertake in any activities at Air Extreme.
2.6 You may only change an order once it has been submitted and paid, even if a confirmation email from Air Extreme is still pending.
2.7 The Air Extreme Website may provide links to third party websites and the products or services of third parties. Air Extreme is not responsible and is not liable in any way for third party content provided on or through the website. Your access or use of the third-party sites is at your own risk.
2.8 Air Extreme reserves the right to change its prices at any time. If this should occur as much notice as is available will be given.
3.0 These Terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law, and any disputes relating to this disclaimer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
Disco Session TERMS & CONDITIONS
4.0 Please note that the trampoline park will be darker than usual due to the ‘Disco Session’ nature of the event.
4.1 Please note, whilst this is a fun event, customer safety is our number one priority. We ask that all attendees bounce with care.
4.2 Please be aware that during the Disco Session there will be loud music played throughout the duration of the night.
4.3 Please be aware that during Disco Session there may be strobe lighting and flash photography.
4.4 We would advise that anyone between the ages of 5 and 12 years old be accompanied by an adult when attending Disco Session. Please note, that this does not mean that the adult has to bounce, only supervise.
Please note that our usual park Terms and Conditions still apply.
GROUPS AND PARTIES TERMS & CONDITIONS
5.0 Party bookings are to be paid in full at the time of booking unless agreed otherwise by the park manager.
5.1 A customer may make requests to add guests to a booking provided that at least 48 hours’ notice is given. Requests for additional guests are subject to availability at the time of the request.
5.2 Should a customer wish to lower the number of guests no refund will be issued but a gift voucher to the value of the guest/guests paid for, then a minimum of 7 days’ notice prior to the booking date must be given.
5.3 If the number of guests drops below the original booking number, then the customer will still be required to pay for the original guests booked.
5.4 Any requests to lower the number of guests within 7 days of the booking date will be non-refundable to gift voucher.
5.5 Requests to transfer an entire booking require up to 7 days. If notified with less than 14 days but more than 7 days’ notice for cancellation then the customer will be offered a transfer or issued gift vouchers to the value. Any requests for full cancellation with less than 7 days’ notice will be non-transferable or vouchers will be offered.
5.6 Should a customer wish to make amendments to their food choices, a minimum of 7 clear days’ notice must be provided. In the event that Air Extreme Ltd is required to cater to a specific dietary requirement, this must be communicated at the time of booking to ensure that these requirements are met where possible.
5.7 Failure to provide adequate notice of any changes to dietary requirements may lead to an inability to supply said requirements.
5.8 The customer shall be required to present themselves to a member of staff 30 minutes prior to the confirmed bounce time. Should the party, or any guests arrive late then the remainder of their confirmed bounce session shall be given following the necessary check-in procedure. No extra time shall be offered to those who fail to arrive at the stated time.
5.9 Air Extreme Ltd reserves the right to refuse any customer entry in the case of excessive lateness.
5.10 It is the responsibility of the customer and their guests to ensure that they arrive 30 minutes before the bounce time stated on the Booking Confirmation to allow sufficient time to check-in and safety briefings.
5.11 Air Extreme Ltd reserves the right to refuse admission for any late arrival and the Company shall not be obliged to offer any refund, transfer or compensation in such circumstances.

5.12 Air Extreme will substitute drink or food options if we experience any mechanical failure with machinery.

5.13 Covid 19 Government closures guidelines, if Air Extreme has been advised to close under government guidelines and you have made a booking with us Air Extreme will issue a refund or raise a credit to the value of your booking.

5.14 Covid 19 Air Extreme Ltd will raise a credit note or reschedule the party if the booking holder/child has to self isolate due to covid 19.

Promotional Offers

Promotional Codes are valid for online booking only. (unless stated otherwise)
Discounts are only available for Sessions as Advertised in Promotional Offers.
Tickets are subject to availability. All Offers are not valid in conjunction with any other offer. Minimum Ages and Height Restrictions will apply to promotional offers.
Promotional jump offers are not to be used in conjunction with standard jump sessions.
COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By entering a competition on the Air Extreme Facebook page you are agreeing to Air Extreme storing and using your information for marketing purposes. We will not share your information with third parties unless you specifically agree to us sharing these details and you can opt out at any time by unsubscribing from emails or emailing us directly.
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook. By participating you hereby release and hold harmless Facebook from any and all liability associated with this promotion.
Entrants are providing information to Air Extreme and not to Facebook.
Winner will be selected at Random.
Please read these competition rules carefully. If you enter one of our competitions, we will assume that you have read these rules and that you agree to them.
1. To enter a competition you must be:
(a) UK resident; and
(b) 12 years old or over at the time of entry.
2. Competitions are not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of Air Extreme.
3. Entries must like and share our post.
4. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are not received for any reason.
5. The winner will be the entrant(s) selected by judge.
6. The closing date is as specified in each competition, and Air Extreme reserves the right to amend the competition end date at any time.
7. If you win a competition, we will notify you via Facebook message. If we cannot contact you or you do not respond within two weeks, we reserve the right to offer the prize to another competition entrant.
8. The prize cannot be transferable to another person.
9. No prize or part of a prize is exchangeable for cash, tickets or services.
10. If an advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize.
11. Incorrectly completed entries will be disqualified.
12. Please read our Privacy Policy which tells you how we use any personal information we may collect about you by entering a competition.
13. Air Extreme reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. We may also create rules which will apply to a specific competition only. If we do this we will publish the amended competition rules and/or specific competition rules on the relevant competition page.​
